Welcome Days at Fleming College

Welcome Days Will Help You Get A Jump On September Before Classes Begin. You Can:

  • Complete your Assess for Success Testing
  • Make arrangements for OSAP, off-campus housing, parking, meal plans, books, lockers, student photo ID and more
  • Attend one of our facilitated student or parent sessions designed to support the transition to college
  • Take a guided tour – experience the campus, see the residences and recreation facilities
  • Meet College staff who will support your transition

Prepare for College and Welcome Days

The following will help you prepare for College and Welcome Days. Start at the top of the list and make your way down to navigate through Fleming's services.

  • Information on Mandatory Accuplacer Assessment
  • Parking/Locker Forms
    Print and complete the forms below to bring with you to Welcome Days. Payment for the Parking Pass can be made at the information booth in the front foyer. Payment for the locker can be made at the Fleming College Bookstore.
  • Student ID
    Be sure to get your Student ID at Welcome Days!
    You will need to bring proof of registration and a piece of government photo identification (BYID card, Canadian citizenship card, driver's license or passport). Bring these documents to Room 3620 or 3621 at the Sutherland Campus and Room 294 at the Frost Campus and SMILE!
  • Access the Fleming Portal
    To access the Student Portal, click the link above and then click "New Student". Enter your birth date as suggested (a string of 8 digits) and your student number, and click on the "Get username button". Your initial password is your student number.
  • Arranging for Housing
  • Student Advising
    All new students are linked to a Student Advisor. The Student Advising Program at Fleming College provides a point of access for students; advisors assist new students in defining and/or attaining their personal, academic and career goals.
    How Student Advisors benefit you:
    • Provides you with guidance and information necessary to help you identify and access appropriate resources to achieve academic success
    • Informs you on a wide range of support services, as well as educational opportunities which may be related to your academic goals
    • Provides you with opportunities to evaluate and re-evaluate progress toward your goals
    You will be introduced to your advisors during Academic Orientation Day.
