Residence Application Process

If you are interested in living in residence it is important to follow these steps:

1. Complete an On-line Residence Application Form
2. Students MUST have a Fleming student number in order to apply.
3. Complete and submit the Residence Application Processing Fee Form along with the $50 processing fee. The $50 Application Processing Fee is non-refundable after April 12, 2010 for new students and February 1, 2010 for current residents.
4. The deadline for application and processing fee is April 12, 2010 for September 2010 intake.
5. Students can still apply and be added to the waitlist for any term after the deadline date. Call the residence office as to the number of students currently on the waitlist.
6. If your course starts at a date different than September, please contact the residence office for information on room availability
7. Residence application and processing fee for January 2011 intake and other semesters is ongoing. Contact the Sutherland Residence or Frost Residence Office for information.

It is important that you adhere to all deadline dates as we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by mail or courier companies.

In accordance with section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, this is to advise you that information in connection with this application is collected under the legal authority of the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities Act. This information is used for administration of residence services at Fleming College and for other related or consistent purposes.
