Admissions & Registration Details and Deadlines

Applications which are received on or before this date will be regarded as having arrived on the same date. Hence, the date of submission, if before February 1st will not be an admission factor. Applications received after February 2 will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis
February 1 is also the earliest admission offer date for applications to programs starting in September. Offers of admission to over-subscribed programs are sent beginning in mid-February. Offers of admission will continue to be processed until programs are filled or wait-lists are established.

Confirm your program offer on the Ontario College Application Service website (ontariocolleges.ca) by this date, or by the date indicated in your offer of admission.

We will continue to keep in touch with you; be sure to carefully read the fees payment information we send you.
You are officially registered in your program at Fleming when our Admissions office has received final transcripts indicating completion of admission requirements and you have paid your fees or made arrangements through one of our payment plans by the announced date in your fees letter.

In mid-August you will receive your timetable information for September start programs.

Fee information for January start programs will be mailed to new (semester one) students that have confirmed their offer of admission.

In mid-December you will receive your timetable information for January start programs.
