After completing my degree in Earth Science, I enrolled in the Fleming GIS program to broaden my employment options. After graduation, I was immediately employed with a survey company in the Northwest Territories, traveling daily by helicopter and living out of field camps. I was then employed in a full-time position where I traveled overseas doing aerial surveys and client training. Now, after two years of field experience, I am applying GIS to my own research in spatial modeling and water chemistry. The doors that GIS has opened are endless and exciting. GIS at Fleming was the best decision I ever made.
